DC v. CA for Patent Law

Which place to people think is better for a CS patent attorney to start off at? Not in regards to weather or any other superficial factor.

Is that unique because of the CS/EE field? Seems diametrically opposed to the Bio/Chem/Pharm Patent field. People in that field usually point to Boston. Is there no equivalent in computers and electronics?

Do you mean pros, not lit? I was assuming you meant lit. If you're talking about pros then I have no idea.

CA and NY. Most companies that apply for business method patents are HQ'd in one of those two states. DC patent firms seem to handle a lot of foreign applicants.
