So, I've got blank copies of NALP forms... do I just fill in the information for recruiting and mail it to the recruiting address listed on the firm website? I know this is a simple/silly question and all but, dont wanna run the risk of sending it to the wrong department and not getting reimbursed.

That sounds fine. If you're worried, ask the recruiting person at the firm.

Contact the recruiter...they are extremely helpful in guiding you through this process. I've done several reimbursement submissions.

Any guidance on what firms might consider "reasonable"?

No one batted an eye at my 4 beer + steak lunch while stuck at Reagan airport last year. Went upwards of $100. Granted, I didn't want (or receive) an offer, so proceed with caution from my experience.

I don't know you, but I respect you.

NALP has guidelines

Usually most firms will have guidelines as well. I just send in all of my receipts and let them pose questions.

Reasonable depends on what meal you are consuming on the firm's dime. I ordered room service for breakfast during piggyback interviews, had lunch at the firm and the firm picked up the tab for dinner.

When in doubt, just ask. This is business as usual for the firms.

Oh, I never include alcohol on my submission. Some people do, but I don't.
