What are the future career opportunities for someone who straight out if law school goes to work in a DA office? I know this is broad, but I'm looking for as much info as possible. Thanks.

Most common I've seen are private defense, USAO, politics/judges, and sometimes biglaw or midlaw white collar.

I've seen people make that move into seemingly unrelated areas of law in midsized firms. It's a litigation training ground and you'll get marketable skills.

In terms of getting experience as an ADA, what is the "typical" amount of time people stay in their position? How many years is considered legitimate experience?
