(OP here) Salary is slighty less than DE but very secondary market so COL lower than DE making it equal. (OP here) Thanks all for the varied perspectives. I'm leaning DE as of now for the chance to be involved (albeit peripherally) in biggest clients in the world and really cool stuff over being stuck in Flyover Country in a satellite office of Vault firm.
