I've had callbacks at peer Charlotte firms. They are all extremely focused on ties and why you want to be on Charlotte. I would honestly say without family ties you had better have an amazing, detailed, and convincing explanation of why you want to be in Charlotte.

How far away are you from Charlotte? Is it like a cross-country trip? I would think someone from the east coast stands a better chance.

Had a CB last Thursday (8/29)--nothing yet. As of this Monday I heard they would be meeting this week to make decisions; beyond that, they didn't say when offers would go out. Has anyone else heard anything?

It went well; I really enjoyed all of the interviewers. It's definitely a more conservative firm but to be expected I think... I'm sure you'll get to see when you go. Best of luck!

I think 3-4 offers--but I don't know how many CBs...
