Yeah, I know people who have offers but also had their CB's in early August. I had mine 8/9, offer a week later.

Any news of offers/dings from people who did CBs last week?

Had mine in mid-Aug and have heard nothing.

CB --> Offer within 2 business days for me

Had my interview early this week and nothing yet, but other than the above poster the fastest I've heard of from friends was around a week turnaround.

still waiting from the Tuesday before last. I think this week was dead as far as offers go most places b/c of Labor Day and Rosh Hashana

just FYI if last year is any indication some of you might be waiting forever

i think they are very insecure about yield because they know anyone with better options will take something else because of their (allegedly "changing") lifestyle/culture rep/leverage model/downturn layoffs

If one is underperforming their #'s - think top 10% at CCNMVP and liked their visit, would it make sense to send a follow up?

it depends how long it's been since your CB, but as long as you don't fuck it up with typos or anything i think this could be a good idea

keep in mind though that they may still take a while to make a decision -- there could be HYS people in front of you that they are waiting on

would an indication that CWT is my top choice work more here than at other firms? I'm thinking of the yield concern.

Damn, I had my CB at about the same time...I haven't checked my snail mail yet. I guess the fact that I haven't heard from them means I got dinged too?

Callback late-August, offer one week later.

FWIW, at my CB I asked the recruiter about the timeline and she said there is no certainty in when someone will hear back because they are trying to limit the size of the class.

Anymore news? Specifically regarding the people who had callbacks on the week of 9/2?

I had a callback the week before that, and I got a phone call saying they were still interested in my candidacy last week. Waiting for more news, as they were one of my favorites.

I got the same call and am also still waiting

To the anon above, when was your callback?

End of August. It doesn't seem like a good sign, my guess is that I am a back up in case the people they have already sent offers to decline, but hopefully I am wrong.
