Canceling Callbacks

I got an offer from one of my top choice firms, so I want to cancel some callbacks for firms that I am less interested in. Does anyone have a sample email or good speech prepared on how to do this nicely? I'm not trying to be a dick or burn any bridges, but I don't want to waste anyone's time on callbacks that I'm not interested in.
Also - sorry if this is repetitive. I tried to search the forums but I was having trouble finding an answer to this.

Some honesty will probably be your best bet. Basically give them the same thing you get in rejection letters. "While your firm is one of the best, I am accepting an offer elsewhere. I wanted to make sure I was not wasting your firms resources. Wish your firm the best of luck in all their endeavors."

That's far more than firms give us.
