S&C Partnership Organization

I was curious if anyone knew how S&C's partnership was organized. For example, I know Cravath, Cleary and Deb follow the strict lockstep, DPW has a modified lockstep and others have compensation based on client origination. Curious what organization S&C has because I think it reflects importantly on the firm's culture.

S&C is lockstep based on seniority (like Cravath, Cleary, etc.), unless you're the chairman or your name is Rodge Cohen...

No idea where you got that, but that is not what I have ever heard or what they told me. They're Black Box. To quote my friend who works there "Every single part of that sentence is wrong."
