For people who've gone through this process, what are good questions that you asked (or, even better, wish you had asked) when you returned to a firm after receiving an offer? And are there questions that are still off limits at this point?

SA offer.

I wouldn't talk about salary, compensation, etc. with a SA offer. However, hiring rates and firm life questions should be fair game. I asked a ton of hiring questions before I made my decision.
