Does anyone know if Stroock provides lunch for CB's. i scheduled Stroock in the morning and am now forced to schedule a diff interview later in the day and dont remeber if they told me to expect lunch

Seriously, just email the recruiting people and ask. That is what they are there for, and it in no way has any implications for your candidacy.

This. Call and ask. I had to do the same thing with another firm. I called and asked if there was a lunch. They said there was and I cancelled it. No attorney was aware either way.

Will call, but no joke it takes about 10 tries if i wanna avoid an answering machine

them and willkie and one or 2 other places do the whole, 1. voicemail 2. call HR. 3. they will email u 24 hours befor einterview with details. So as of now no communication through email

Stroock does do lunch on morning CBs

OP here, just called, no lunch

Stroock associate here. We sometimes do lunch, but usually not. It's on a case by case basis.

Not a question I ask to candidates. I think it's stupid- most firms are the same from the perspective of a 2L. If it is asked, just pick out something specific to the firm such as the strong real estate group or smaller size compared to other Biglaw firms.

I think if the interviewee inquires, but not really sure.
