How long after people's Quinn callback did they receive an offer?

i got mine same day. LA.
Some get it during the interview (on the spot). some get it same day but later. others get it a couple of days later. it varies.

From what I've heard, if a partner with signing/approval power for hiring is available, you can get the offer on the spot. If not, you have may have to wait a few days to get the call. I got it on the spot (NY).

I didn't hear on the spot, but I got the call the same day. That has been the experience of a couple of my friends as well.
But generally, the turnaround is quick and the CB to offer ratio is high (but not 100%). I do know someone who got dinged after a callback.
