O'Melveny Los Angeles

Recently got a callback. Has anyone heard anything from those who work/have summered at OMM Los Angeles? The offer rate seems high, but I was wondering more about the atmosphere at the office, satisfaction of associates, and how the summer experience was. I know the hours will be rough, but isn't that any big firm in LA? Any info about the firm culture would be appreciated, especially from those familiar with the LA legal scene.
