Including Performing Arts organization membership on resume?

My spouse and I have been members of two large local performing arts organizations (one performing arts society and one theater patron group) for several years now. I have space to add the two lines to my resume, but wanted to know if that's something that should be included. These are the two largest performing arts organizations in my target market.
