This might make you sound stupid. CAPM is a pretty specific acronym that means Capital Asset Pricing Model. When most people refer to CAPM it's not a generic reference to Capital Markets. It's a pretty theoretical (although fundamental) model of how financial markets are supposed to function. It's not used a lot (if ever) in day-to-day financial work, but everyone, on the business side at least, will assume you are talking about it if you say CAPM.BeachedBrit wrote: Capital Markets (also often referred to as "Cap-M")
