North Carolina Lifestyle Firms

Rising 2L headed into OCI. My career goal is to work at a firm that is more "lifestyle" oriented. I'm married and, while any biglaw job will be somewhat brutal, some are worse than others. I selected a southern law school with this in mind - southern secondary markets are less brutal than NY, etc.
To that end, do you have any info on any of the following firms; I'm interviewing with all of the following and I just did my 1L summer at one of them.
A&B, Katten, Nelsen Mullins (awful I herad, true?), Brooks Pierce, McGuirreWoods, Mayer Brown, Kilpatrick, Womble, McNeese, Ott Cone, Parker Poe,Wyrick Robbins, Parker hudson.
Which of the above are more laid back and which are "sweatshops"? Also, part of the calcules is which have nasty partners/cutthroat culture vs. which are more chill/ supportive.
TYIA!
