Current biglaw junior associate, and have an upcoming interview at Dovel and Luner in LA. Anyone know anything about this firm?

They are small, practice primarily plaintiff-side patent litigation (often contingency), and pay far above market (first year = 187.5k + bonus). I spoke with a partner that was opposing counsel to Dovel in a patent litigation case. He said the attorneys were very professional and actually very friendly. After the case finished (probably settled), one of the Dovel attorneys sent him a nice email thanking him for being a good, easy going attorney. Apparently stuff like that isn't too common in high-stakes litigation.
