Does anyone have any tips or helpful questions that they would recommend asking the interviewer at OCI?

If it's a smaller office, you can ask how they help associates in that office get work, face time, client interaction, etc. After being in a smaller office, it's definitely something I have thought and worried a lot about.

To piggyback on this thread, when some people say it helps to look at some cases the interviewer may have tried on Westlaw, does it generally matter whether the attorney was with the same firm he is currently working for?
So for example, if on the case in Westlaw he/she worked for A&B firm but he currently works for Y&Z firm, is it still ok to ask him something about that case?
