C&F Guilt by Association?

Let's say somebody taking the Bar has no criminal record (aside from parking tickets and 1 or 2 speeding tickets), but their immediate family member has some pretty serious offenses (felony drug trafficking, etc)... Could this hurt the person taking the Bar in any way, C&F- wise?

If that were a rule, a lot of people would not be able to be lawyers.

I think that would be unconstitutional, but not sure because Themis doesn't cover the "corruption of blood" clause.
