Freshfields Paris International Arbitration Internship

Anyone have info on this program? It seems as though you'd need to take a leave of absence from law school to attend it, but they say the group recruits specifically from this internship. Any info with regards to the type of work you would be doing, offer ratios, etc., would be very helpful.
