How Difficult is it to Work with the FMCS?

I think I'd be interested in interning or eventually working for the FMCS. Does anyone know how difficult it is to get an internship with them or to eventually work for them? I wasn't sure if they had an honors program like DOL or the NLRB. My grades are not great, but I do have pretty decent labor law experience.

FWIW, I did a lot of research into Honors programs, and never saw one for this agency. (In fact, I've never heard of it, which doesn't mean much, but I get daily postings of federal
attorney jobs and have never seen one for this group.) I would imagine if you want to intern there the best thing to do is simply contact them and ask if they take interns.

OP here
Thanks for the reply. Seems like that might be a good idea. It appears that most people aren't familiar with the agency.

It's too small to have an Honors Program. Hires laterals almost exclusively.
