Isn't the consensus not to mass mail until mid-July, unless you're mass mailing firms in a secondary market you're going to be in before OCI?

OP here. thats what i thought but it seemed like the vibe from this forum was people were moving early this year and already getting callbacks. i thought the mid-july thing was consensus as well
