Penn OCI: Ranking Firms with Lots of Slots

First, question:
Does anyone know whereabouts a reasonable place to start bidding for the firms with 60/80 slots is during Penn OCI. There are several firms with that many slots, does putting them at 30 more or less ensure I get an interview? Or is that too low? Too high?
