I'm at a T10 and my 1L gpa is 3.2 which I think will be a little above median. My (prestigious)UG gpa was ~3.7. Should I put either on my resume for a mass mail to NYC? Looking to go big law to do corp work.

I would put both. Is your school going to release the median soon?
Im also a little above median (3.3x) and i have it on my resume + "estimated top half" next to it for now. As soon as the median is released Ill take off the estimated part.
I think if you leave it off they will assume you are worse than median.

What T10 has a 3.2 median??? 3.2 could be way off median, depending on the school (ex: if you go to UM or UVa)
Either way, list it or employers will think you have a 2.X gpa

Make sure you're allowed to put the UG GPA as well. I know we are not allowed to do so at my school.

I go to P and they don't calculate our GPA, give us a class rank, etc. Should I still put what I think is my GPA on the resume?

Yeah. Every employer will calculate it themselves. You'll get really weird looks of you say that you don't know your gpa

If the school doesn't calculate it/give you the info, you're not supposed to use the info, as I understand it. If you do, you would want to make sure you indicate it's only estimated. (I mean, I realize that if you have a transcript with grades, you can calculate GPA, and it's dumb for a school not to calculate the GPA if you have all the info to do so, so it's not quite the same as estimating rank. But I'd still mark it "estimated" or the like. Or talk to rising 3Ls and find out what they did.)

GPAs look out of place on a resume, especially when you are also sending along a transcript. Ever see a working professional with a GPA on their c.v.? Unless its mass mail to big law, leave it off and show some balls.
So uh, in your case leave it on.
