Just bid every vault firm in NYC that isn't about to implode or that isn't likely to accept you (Cravath, Wachtell, maybe S&C or a few others are likely to be far enough reaches to maybe not be worth a bid, or at least to bid at the bottom of the list).
If you're at a T-14 with decent grades and want to work in NYC, just bid on all of the firms and it'll probably work out. Your grades don't make you a lock but I'm too far removed and too not from Penn to help much with strategy.
