What to do if sick during SA?

Any advice? Assuming fairly high ranking vault firm, what should one do if they are legitimately sick, high fever etc, and can't think straight?

Have seizures, have a senior associate say "what's wrong with you." Get no offered because the firm doesn't know you are fighting a disability-- wait that is what happened to me.

Probably should have said "I have seizures" when someone asks "what's wrong with you."
