I applied both in 2010 and this cycle for personal reasons. I'm not a troll. And thanks for the LSAT compliment but it wasn't my first try for full disclosure.

I'll be doing SEO this year in NYC. Did anyone secure housing already?

I just got an email with housing links, but I'll probably just sublet a studio in midtown.

Just took that passport photo they asked for. I don't like it. Ugh. I am def. worrying way too much about this though.

I've lived here for two years. Please be really careful when subleasing a place. NYC Real Estate is a scary, scammy (not a word), cut-throat world.

If you guys PM me your budget I'll make some search suggestions. Only in Manhattan though.

NEVER rent a place without seeing it and meeting the person you are renting from and making sure the owner is actually the owner. NEVER make wire trasnfers, checks only.

Quick question about the passport photo: I thought it was suppose to be a passport sized photo, not an actual passport photo. I was gonna send the professional head shot I took for my current job. Wrong idea?

Should be fine. The email says passport sized. Also, I'm the anon who posted about housing. I live in the city (another borough) already, so I'm not too worried about that. I'm wondering if I should stay at home and save money or move into the city.

Is anyone thinking of doing NYU dorms?

I'm beginning to think I imagined my acceptance phone call. I haven't received anything else since then and this was last week. How long did it take for correspondence to come through for you guys?

Same day. Email Luisa, ask her if they accidentally or erroneously forgot to send you the email. During our conversation on the phone she explicitly asked that I email her if I didn't get something same day.

funny thing is I did email her....yesterday.....cause she told me the same thing, and then no response to that email lol. oh dear.
