15 DAs were killed in the line of duty since 1960s, the time when the NDAA started keeping track of DA murders.

and five family law attorneys since 2010... seems like that is the profession to avoid if you are worried about this type of stuff

There is a federal district court judge in Chicago whose husband and mother were shot and killed by the plaintiff on a medical malpractice suit she had dismissed.

What do you mean by "line of duty"?

Sorry, I should have changed that to "because of their position as a DA" or something related to their work as a DA
