How common is it for 2Ls to receive actual offers of employment for post-grad during their 2L year?

No responses because you need to rephrase that question so it makes sense.

Do you mean during your 2L summer job, or do you mean actually during the 2L school year? If you are working for a big law firm during your 2L summer, the firm will make offers to its summer class at the end of the 2L summer (although no one is guaranteed an offer, a lot of firms give offers to everyone or almost everyone. Though you can screw up and not get one). If you mean during the 2L school year, it's not common. And if you are working biglaw during your 2L summer and you're really asking what are your chances of getting an offer, dig around in this forum - there are already lots of discussion of this.

Are you trying to hide the fact that you want a job? No reason to be anonymous to ask about generic legal hiring questions.

To answer, almost all firms in the NLJ350 will give perminant offers at the end of your second summer or the begining of 3L (after you summer with the firm). I think some firms give tentative offers to 1L summers (this is mostly diversity hiring). Some government offers are made mid-year 3L and then other legal hiring is done at the end of 3L or post-bar passage.
