They believe that the expertise of a personal injury solicitor will allow them to understand the terms of the ‘duty of care’ tort and to make the best decisions when making a claim. There have been many personal injury cases where the plaintiff inadvertently accepted an inappropriate offer made by the negligent party’s insurers, due to nothing more than a lack of knowledge.
