Any hope for an NLJ250?

Simple question, here are the stats: 2L, top 20%, school is 40-30 range, law review, published, summer clerk job (not SA) at midlaw firm (doesn't practice in the area of law Im interested in), have a post-grad clerkship secured at highest state court.

so any hope of realistically getting into an NLJ250 after I finish my clerkship?

EDIT: midatlantic market (md, va, pa, de), thats where my school is/job is/clerkship is. From what I could find, a couple of my judges former clerks are v100 now

would want to work in the mid-atlantic area, preferably md/va/de

appellate clerkship/summer clerk job are in secondary market around around dc metro area

need something more specific?

Edit: Im not expecting to get v20 or even v50, heck couldn't care less if it was v100 (though I'd like to). Don't know if that helps.
