Any other feedback? Am I stupid to be debating this?

GS, no question. If you're aiming for biglaw it'll maybe make you stand out slightly at OCI while the USAO will just be another shoulder shrug unpaid position (usao interns are pretty common). If you're not gunning for biglaw, then taking the USAO will close a precious job opportunity which you are in no position to be doing (though I suppose if you're not gunning for biglaw, finance probably isn't up your alley; but this is no job market to be picky). The only way that USAO would make more sense is if you were DEAD set on working as a prosecutor and, in that case, I would recommend working at a local prosecutor's office and getting time in court.
