You should still plan on doing OCI. So I'd say just the SA, unless you mean 13 weeks until OCI starts.

Oooh, good point. I voted 9 weeks then 4-week USAO because I thought it would be fantastic experience, but if it means missing OCI, that's a terrible idea.

You should ask a 2L (ideally at your own school) whose actually been through OCI, but my impression is that it's not something you can just take a few hours off of work to attend. Even at your T1, your grades are presumably good enough to get you a bunch of interviews.

Yeah, if that's what it comes to, I don't think it's worth doing less time at the firm for a tiny bit of time with the USAO. Work as long as you can at the firm, and do an externship during the year if possible if you really want to get some government experience.
