I had a callback, and I'm trying to figure out what summer pay at the firm would be. Are most firms pro rated 1st year associate salary?

Depends on the firm, but I think usually. One exception I know is DLA SV, which pays less for 1Ls.

Firms not in that directory. It is NLJ250.

Probably safe to assume it's the same as the 2L pay rate which is the weekly 1st year scale typically. However if it is lower you shouldn't be surprised.

You are way ahead of yourself though, it will all be in an offer if you get one.
