First, applying right after the December 1 start date isn't that important, especially for SA positions, as a lot of them want to see your grades before they hire you. Second, even if it were, one single day wouldn't make any difference. Third, since you must be an 0L, so relax because you have a long time before you have to worry about this.

would rather apply on Dec 1, unless that's too early and would cause my app to be tossed. Apply on Dec 2 to be safe?
