State trial level judge or US Bankruptcy judge (both in California)? No experience or significant interest in bankruptcy but not opposed to it either.

What do you ultimately want to end up doing? Trial court work will probably have a lot more variety if you are not sure. Bankruptcy stuff is very tedious, difficult to grasp, and extremely boring in my opinion. The prestige difference as to what you choose (at least with these two courts) is insignificant in my experience. Employers have seen it all. In the end it is all about how you would spin the experience to the employer so choose something that you think can help you have a good talking point in whatever job you would like to pursue in the future.Anonymous User wrote:State trial level judge or US Bankruptcy judge (both in California)?
