I found through the search function that 1L Diversity SAs typically don't lead to future offers. Is this true?
Why would firms do a 1L Diversity SA program if it doesn't lead to a 2L offer? Just curious...

I don't know where you got that but IME 1L diversity SAs are treated like any other SA. Most won't get postgrad offers but will get offers to return as a 2L after which they will presumably get a postgrad offer.
