There are jobs and they are probably some of the easier (in a relative sense) government jobs to get. You will still need to do decently at a relatively good school though. DOL, FTC and CFPB in federal government. There are probably consumer rights focused non profits too.

ETA: It's kind of weird to call it trade law. After reading the title I thought the thread would be about international trade laws. I think consumer protection or organized labor law would be better ways to describe what you're talking about.

States usually have consumer protection divisions, too.
