I know there are a million threads, but just hoping for a quick response for sake of brevity. Is it usually August before 3L year? Through OCI?

Thanks in advance and sorry for not researching beforehand. Cramming last min...

Apply to all of the big city offices in August. Smaller cities might only hire after the bar, but apply in January because they usually have three rounds of interviews that take a few months to get through.
