Heck even the opportunities open to students at top schools is pretty limited.

Call backs scheduled at two Midwest firms. I targeted Ohio and Minneapolis in the Midwest (~15-20 firms total)

I attend an East Coast T-20. Family from the midwest, but I haven't lived there in 10 years.
