Do you simply print out the "Draft Application" from OSCAR, throw it in an envelope, address it to the judge (whose address is provided in OSCAR), and mail it? It's a dumb question, I know, but I'm wondering if I missing something.

You make sure that you send a letter that contains the requested items on oscar, usually cover letter, resume, transcript(s), letters of recommendation, and writing sample(s).

Yes, I can only imagine that printing out something from Oscar is going to result in crazy formatting. Go old school and print everything from your files. You will either have to get sealed letters of recommendation that you include in your whole packet, or provide stamped addressed envelopes to your letter writers and have them mail the letters directly.
