I've heard of movement at Boies Schiller and Steptoe & Johnson in the past month

Is it common that firms still have spots this late in the process? I saw the threads about Dewey last year, where individuals were getting jobs in April from big firms, but I wasn't sure if this was because of what happened.

Boies Schiller brought in a few people for an extra spot but they filled it.
