Hi all,

Can anyone either point me to a resource or clarify for me what the going salaries for in house lawyers are and how they grow over time? I'm specifically looking for graphs/information that track the growth based on years of experience of the average/median in-house lawyer, and also perhaps the growths of different tiers if that applies (i.e. entry level vs senior vs GC).

I understand in-house varies a lot, but any information would be helpful.

This has what you're looking for: http://www.roberthalflegal.com/SalaryCenter

It doesn't really cover top jobs (i.e., GC, or top 2-3 deputies), but it has bands for in-house lawyers with 10-12 years of experience, 7-9 years, 4-6 years, etc. Also has regional variance estimates.
