What is the reputation of Herbert Smith?

I only heard about Herbert Smith recently. They seem to have a lot of offices around the world but only a small US practice. Does anyone have any insight on the reputation of Herbert Smith?

I was just having this conversation w/ my SecReg professor today (though in the context of my Magic Circle offer). Apparently, Herbert Smith has a great int'l reputation (not quite like that of the Magic Circle firms, but close). Might not be the greatest for exit options in the US right now (or for the next few years), but solid abroad. Depends on what you want.

Has anyone worked there before? How are the exit options to practice in one of their international offices?
