Wanted to get a housing thread started for DC. Any GWU, Georgetown, American, or Catholic students who are looking to sublet their place for the summer should post some details about what they are offering and we can try to match up available sublets with those who will be interning in the city.

Suggested format
Looking to: (Rent/Sublet)
Neighborhood:
# of beds:
# of baths:
Rent:
Start Date:
Pet friendly: (dog, cat, #, weight limit)
Other Notes:

Looking to: Rent
Neighborhood: Foggy Bottom, Dupont, Chinatown, Orange Line VA (Clarendon, etc..)
# of beds: 1-3
# of baths: 1-3
Rent: Neighborhood and space appropriate (no hard budget constraint)
Start Date: May - June
Pet friendly: prefer medium size dog friendly places (don't want to have to send my dog off to live with my parents)
Other Notes: Would be willing to consider renting a room

In. Basically the same as bdubs but I only need 1 room, no pet accomodations. Rent or sublet. Not sure on start dates yet but 10 weeks.

By sublet I meant whether you were offering housing (subletter) or requesting housing (renter). Probably not the right terminology but I couldn't think of anything better.

Looking for 2BR or very large 1 BR in Dupont or any neighborhood bordering Dupont, plus Foggy Bottom. Would consider nice places in other neighborhoods if near a metro.

I'll be in DC this summer too but with a family.

So I won't be able fully enjoy this incredible opportunity:

Wanted to bump this. If any GW or GULC students have a bigger apartment or house (3 or 4 bedrooms) that they will be renting out I would be very interested.
