I just got an e-mail from Morgan Lewis in Palo Alto inviting me for a phone interview from a mass mail 3 months ago. I'm turning it down, but if anyone is interested in West Coast IP, they are still hiring apparently.

I got an email from Boies DC asking if I was still interested after a mass mail several months ago.

Texas firms do Spring OCI at UT, and they hire 2L's there as well as 1L's, so I would assume that Texas firms still have openings at this point, particularly the midsized ones.
I'd check out Alston & Bird, Dallas. They posted something on our Symplicity.
