I searched other firms assuming that was standard but didn't see much.

DPW seems to have a more expansive bonus system than most. Typically I've seen Article III gets the bonus, bankruptcy and magistrate clerks are boned, state supreme court is case-by-case, state lower court is boned, and Canadian court is GTFO.

I guess they figure they're selective enough that any clerk they hire is worth the bonus, which probably makes sense.
