Alcoa interview

Have an screener with them later this week. Anybody familiar with their interview? What's the atmosphere like? What kinds of questions do they ask? Is it like a typical firm interview, or totally different? Thanks.

I interviewed with them last week at a different school. Pretty typical why law school, why alcoa type questions. They have multiple interviewers out there right now though, so who knows.

anyone know what they pay? they say their salary is competitive with mid-sized firms in the area... not sure what that is though.

Ii've passed the test but still have not got an interview, nor a rejection letter.
