non-OCI biglaw SA postings

A few biglaw SA postings have popped up on our school's career site. The same firms (and offices) were at OCI a couple months ago... what gives? Any clues on what that process will entail?

These are firms that haven't been able to fill their summer classes yet, for whatever reason.
You will send your resume and transcript. If they're interested, they will bring you in for a CB. Then you will hopefully get an offer.
It's basically OCI, but the screener is just them looking at your credentials.

Off the top of my head, in the past month at my t14 I've seen McDermott Chicago and Baker McKenzie NYC.
