Help me choose!

I have two offers, and I don't know how to distinguish between them any further. Please help?
Firm A: V45-65ish. There have been rumours (but nothing substantiated, as far as I can tell) about financial instability; I loved everyone I met there; the location is weird but pleasant; and I would get to work in a practice area in which I have great interest.
Firm B: V65-85ish. Seems more financially stable; I would probably get some great experience; it (maybe) has a more respected name; the people seem very intense but genuinely nice; I'm not sure I'd fit in; quite frankly, I'm not sure if I would enjoy any of the work there.
Both are in the same market, but I don't want to out firms right now. Advice? How do I choose? I feel like I'm in coin-flip territory at this point. Halp!
Edit: I want to clerk after graduation and then take it from there. Does this make any difference at all in the calculation?
