Concentrations & Jobs

I love working in government, and I have really enjoyed working in the court system as well. I am looking at potentially being able to get one of two concentrations, and I am wanting everyone's input. I can only do one of them: "Regulatory Institutions" or "Litigation and Dispute Resolution." Which would be best for seeking staff attorney positions with court or court-like bodies (think an appellate body in an administrative agency). Perhaps an underlying question is whether concentrations are even that important. What do you all think?

I can't see how a concentration would be important. Just do whatever concentration will require taking classes you prefer.
